POLICIES
We are updating our policies, below you can find our current rental policies.
Rental Policies
- Payment must be made by credit card, and renter must present a matching ID on day of pickup.
- Renter will be charged for any damage or loss.
- Equipment must be returned in reasonably clean condition. Excessive cleaning will be charged at Forward Outdoor’s discretion.
- Renter must have a secure way of transporting equipment without damage.
- Forward Outdoor staff is NOT allowed to assist in loading or unloading of equipment. This is not only for liability reasons, but to make sure you have the ability to load and unload for the return trip home.
- Equipment can be picked up the previous day during that last hour we are open, and must be returned the same evening it is due.
- Late returns will be charged at 1.5 times the daily rental rate until returned. This is to ensure other guests’ plans for pickup are respected.
- Cancellations within 72 hours of pickup do not receive a refund.
- There are no refunds for illness, weather, early returns or non-usage.
