ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE

River Kayak Popup Rentals – Saukville

Join us for a peaceful paddle down the upper Milwaukee River, without any of the work! Just show up and we’ll transport you and a kayak upriver, then you float down at your own pace to end at your car, then we take care of the rest. We meet at Ehlers Park in Saukville, just 30 minutes north of downtown Milwaukee. Then you hop in our van and we take you up to Waubedonia Park to launch. This stretch is full of nature and wildlife, and perfect for beginners and experienced paddlers alike. There are a few small riffles/rapids and are easily navigable by beginners. Total paddle should take about 2 hours, can be a little shorter or longer depending on water levels. Location may also change depending on water levels.
Must be at least 12 years old to paddle their own boat, otherwise they must go in a tandem with an adult. Minimum weight for anyone is 30 pounds.

Includes: kayak rental (single or tandems), paddle, life jacket and shuttle transportation upriver.

Ability Level: Beginner friendly

Gear to bring: Shoes and clothing that can get wet and are appropriate for the day’s weather conditions, towel, water, snacks, sunscreen, bug spray, dry clothes for after.

Own Boat Shuttle Service: $20 (1 person)
Single Kayak: $50 (1 person)
Tandem Kayak or Canoe: $100 (2 people)

Meeting Location: Ehlers Park, Saukville, WI. A map will be sent upon registration.
